Back On Track

I've been neglecting our blog lately, but hopefully we are going to get back on track soon. Jack was sick one week and he had his 9 month check-up the next week. And in between he has been crawling, climbing, and getting into everything. I tell everyone he is 9 months, going on 9 years. By the end of the day we are exhausted. He weighs 20 lbs., 3 oz and is 29" long. He can say Da-Da, Ma-Ma, Bye, and No-No-No (he hears that one A LOT!). He can put his words together, he says "Bye Ma-Ma and No-No Ma-Ma." He's a good baby. He eats well and sleeps great. We couldn't ask for anything more. He's gotten into his music and dancing and he loves for you to clap for him when he's dancing. He's a ham!

Below are a few pictures to highlight what Jack's has been up too. I've got some more cute pictures to add from our trip to the Dr. last week. I'll try to get them on here tonight. But in the meantime - look at our big boy.

Papa bought him a big boy car seat
last week. His legs were really too long
for the baby carrier. Dr. Ellison said it was
okay for us to put him in the big boy seat
since he already weighed 20 pounds.
He loves it! He really loves getting to see
out of the windows. It has made riding in the car
a lot easier - for all of us!!

Cookie gave him this great rocking horse.
It rocks back and forth and bounces.
He LOVES it!! He spent a lot of time
sitting on his horse this weekend.
THANKS COOKIE!!!

Cookie also made him the cutest
Halloween basket. It's a little bat
Halloween basket (and the eyes glow in the dark)
a box of Mum-Mum rice cakes (which he LOVES),
a super cute book about a little mummy who
gets lost from his Mommy mummy and
the cute mummy onesie he is wearing
in the picture blow. Cookie always picks a theme
and creates the best baskets.

Here is my little man this morning.
He looks so grown up in his big boy clothes.
Mimi got him these cute New Balance
tennis shoes and he loves them. I had to double knot
the laces, because he untied them and took them off in
the car and threw each shoe at me as I was driving this morning.
We are busy getting ready for Jack's first Halloween. I've got to go now and finish a few projects. Happy Fall!!!
