I guess we've been building up the potential for snow a little too much this weekend. Jack woke up this morning talking about snow. He would run to the door, then back to us saying "I see snow, I see snow!" We waited and waited. Then at 1:00, as I was rocking him to sleep for his afternoon nap, just as he closed his eyes, I looked out of the window and saw the biggest snow flakes falling. I really wanted to wake him up so he could see. But I decided to let him sleep. By the time he woke up, the snow was over and only a little remained around the edge of the driveway, walk way, etc... We decided to bundle him up anyway and take him outside. It took us a long time to get him in all of his snow gear, but he was so excited. He was especially excited about putting on his new mittens BB and Granddaddy gave him for Christmas. He got so tickled watching us try to get each of his little fingers in their proper place. Once they were on, he just stared at them. I figured he would try to take them off before we could get outside, but he didn't. He is getting to be such a big boy. So once we were all ready, outside we went. But not without Woody. As I told you in my last post, he takes Woody everywhere! I tried to get him to leave Woody inside, but he started getting upset at the mention of the idea. So Woody went with us and Jack never let go of him.

Ready For Snow
If anyone knows a way to get rid of him
please let us know. I want John to shoot him,
but John says he won't fire a gun in a
residential neighborhood at night. I don't have a
problem with it! The armadillo isn't even scared of us
anymore. We can walk outside and right up to him and he
just looks at us and takes his time walking away. He freaks me
out, especially when I see him on my front porch.
That's just to close to the inside of my house!
