Mission Accomplished

One down, hundreds more to go!

Hunting season is drawing near. John went to the farm this morning to look around and to hang some type of outdoor camera from a tree. I couldn't stand looking at all of the bits and pieces of Jack's cute bouncy seat one more minute. I had to put it together. Thankfully it came in seven big pieces and my dad taught me how to use a screw driver at a very young age.

Most of the parts snapped and locked together. There were only six screws and it took me about ten minutes to assemble. I think it looks so cute! The bar that hangs over the seat, with the two toys, can swing out of Jack's view or be taken off all together. You can pull on one of the little animals and it plays music. The little birdie on the other side is a rattle. It just slips in and out of the side pocket. The chair vibrates and rocks. In the above pictures I have the four kick stands pulled out to hold it still, but when we fold them in, the chair is able to rock. And when he is older, it will convert to a rocking chair.

It requires a size D battery to operate the bouncy part of it, which I do not have at the house, so I called John to pick one up for me on his way home. I can't wait to see if the seat will vibrate like it's suppose to. I'll keep you posted.

This was our first item to assemble for Jack and I'm sure there will be plenty more. One down, hundreds more to go!
