I need to be cleaning my house right now, but I thought this was much more important. Here is a sneak peek at Jack's room. We still have a little left to do. Someone is coming tonight to put his bed together - I can't wait!! The little red rocking chair in the first picture was mine when I was a little girl and those are John's little boots on the book ends in the second picture. My mom made the window treatment and did a great job. She bought all of Jack's fabrics and did all of the sewing. The Willow figurines in the first picture are from Betty and I can't wait to show you the art work Nicole made for the room - it's beautiful! Jack's room is full of special pieces.
I am having a couple of things made in Tupelo and Nicole will bring them with her Thanksgiving Day, so I will post pictures of the completed room then. However, I may have to post a picture of his bed before then. I love it and it was a gift from Jack's Bebe and Granddaddy Guy.

I love that your Jack will also have a Bebe~that's my grandmother name also!I named myself that pretty soon after I became Betty Brister many yrs.ago.I still feel more like a Betty Ward because I've been that for so long, but I'm waiting on the day that Bebe has the same "sweet ring" to it(the first time Jacob calls me that!) I'm in great company to have the same name as Barbara~such a sweet lady.I also love the fact that you are so sentimental: I'm overly so,but that's okay!!It makes us special!!
