Sunday, March 7, was our 12th wedding anniversary. A couple of weeks before, my parents, sister and brother-in-law gave us this beautiful charcoal drawing of Jack. John and I were so surprised (and thrilled). I've been wanting one for a while. My mom also had it matted and framed for us. The man who did the drawing lives in Georgia and does beautiful work in pencil, charcoal and oil. His website is http://www.jimsstudio2000.com/
besides Jack himself of course!
(The big glare in the middle of Jack's
head is from my camera.)
took with her camera before having it framed.
She knows this is our favorite picture of Jack.
Thanks Mom, Dad, Cookie and Sam!!

You're welcome. I love it more and more everytime I see it. I can't believe how much he has changed these past few months. You better hug him lots, you are going to wake up one day and he will be grown-living in Tupelo and you can't see him every time you miss him!!!!!
Love, MiMi
Happy Anniversary! What a beautiful gift, and it looks just like Jack. I have an oil of Davis at age 2 and our #2 son,Mo,(our Beagle!) and I've often said that if the house caught on fire that painting would be the thing I would risk harm to retrieve!
Jack is such a cute little boy.
I hope y'all have a wonderful anniversary.
love,
Betty B.
